Active/Passive Balancing Test
With a bidirectional current architecture, each channel supports up to 5A for both input and output. Users can customize battery charge and discharge profiles to fully meet the requirements of BMS active and passive balancing tests.

Fast Dynamic Response
The N83524 series features a fast dynamic response. When the load changes from 10% to 90%, the voltage recovery to within 50mV of the original value is completed in less than 100 μs. This ensures a high-speed, overshoot-free voltage rise and fall waveform, providing stable and reliable output voltage to the DUT.

Battery Simulation for BMS Chips of Various Specifications
The N83524 battery simulator offers multiple functions, including Source, Charge, Battery Simulation, SOC Test, SEQ Test, Graph, and more. It delivers high-precision voltage and current measurements to quickly verify the performance of portable electronic products under various battery conditions. With one device supporting multiple test scenarios, it helps streamline test setups and optimize test workflows. The internal circuitry of the N83524 is optimized for different chip characteristics, enabling compatibility with BMS chips of diverse specifications.

The N83524 integrates 24 independent output channels within a 19-inch 3U chassis. When paired with the optional NB108-2 fault simulation unit (as shown below), it supports simulation of 24-channel positive/negative short circuit, positive/negative open circuit, and reverse polarity conditions. The NB108-2 enhances test system integration, reduces complex wiring, saves rack space, and lowers overall testing costs for users.
